Markydot AB will only collect, use and process personal data where we have a legal basis to do so, for example with individual consent, for the performance of an agreement, assignment or to fulfill a statutory obligation. Markydot AB will only collect and process the personal data that is necessary for the purposes of our assignments for which it was collected and we will not use personal data for any other purposes without obtaining the individual's consent.

 

The personal data may be processed by someone hired by Markydot to fulfill Markydot's commitments. Some collaboration partners or subcontractors may have their operations outside Sweden or the EU/EEA. If Markydot transfers data to such collaboration partners or subcontractors, Markydot ensures that they process and protect the personal data in ways required by law.

 

Markydot will take steps to ensure that the personal data is accurate and current and we will take steps to correct or delete inaccurate personal data. We will take technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction, including the use of encryption, firewalls & 2FA. Markydot will retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and we will delete personal data when it is no longer necessary.
