Legal basis and purpose
We process data to fulfil contracts, comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting law) and based on legitimate interest to develop, secure and deliver our services. Marketing communication takes place only with consent or to existing customers in line with applicable law.
Storage and retention
Personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law. Accounting records are kept for seven years. Technical operational logs are rotated according to our retention policy.
Sub-processors
We engage carefully selected providers for hosting, storage and communication. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements, and we prioritise providers within the EU/EEA. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and appropriate technical safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, and to object to or restrict the processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
